About Fees and Estimates
We understand that medical costs can sometimes feel stressful. Before any tests or treatments are performed, we will carefully evaluate your pet’s condition and explain what is needed.
The total cost may include consultation fees (first visit or follow-up), physical exams, diagnostic tests such as blood work, treatments, medications, anesthesia, surgery, or hospitalization. We will always discuss the recommended care and provide a clear estimate so you can make decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
If you ever have questions about costs, please feel free to ask. We are here to support both you and your pet.
Prepayment
For surgeries, hospitalization, or boarding stays longer than one week, we kindly ask for prepayment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
